Hi, I’m Lahirud 👋
I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Information and Communication Technology (BICT) Honours Degree Specialized in Software Technologies from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura with a Second Class Upper. Over the past two years, I’ve been working in the tech industry, gaining hands-on experience in full-stack development and expanding my knowledge across modern frameworks and technologies.
My journey started with a passion for JavaScript-based development and UI/UX design, and it has since grown into building projects with Laravel, PHP, TypeScript, and WordPress including plugin development. Alongside my work, I’ve also explored game development and game design, something close to my heart as gaming has always been a part of my life. 🎮
A major milestone in my career so far was my final year research, where I worked with my two colleagues on “The Connection Between Temperature Parameters and Emergent Behaviors in Large Language Models (LLMs).” This sparked my deep interest in AI and Machine Learning, and since then I’ve been actively learning, experimenting, and building projects in the AI/ML space.
I see myself as a continuous learner who loves solving problems, building creative things, and staying curious about new technologies. Whether it’s crafting smooth user experiences, developing scalable applications, or exploring the future of AI-powered solutions, I’m always excited to take on new challenges. 🚀
